Is Nerve Savior Legit or a Scam? 7 Checks You Can Do Yourself
Nerve Savior is a real, labeled product that you can buy and return, so it is not a scam in the plain sense. But real is not proven. No trial of the formula is published, no single ingredient amount is printed, and the badges name no lab. See a doctor first for any nerve symptom.

Key facts
- There are seven checks below: label, company, price, returns, proof, badges and reviews.
- Passes: a full ingredient list, a named distributor (Syvor LLC, Salisbury, NC 28146), a clear price of $19.95 per bottle and 30-day returns on the eBay listing.
- Gaps: no published trial, no single ingredient amounts, no named maker and no named testing lab.
- This site shows no star rating, review count or customer quote, because none is matched to a real order.
- Nerve Savior is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is.
What do people mean when they ask if Nerve Savior is legit?
People who type scam, hoax or real or fake usually mean one of three things. Will the bottle arrive? Will I get my money back? Will it help my nerves? These are three different questions, and each one has its own answer.
The first two depend on a seller and a return policy, so you can check them in an afternoon. The third depends on science, and science is where this product is thin. A checklist keeps the three apart, so a good answer in one area does not hide a weak answer in another.
Work through the seven checks in order. Write pass, gap or not published beside each one. The facts come from the bottle label, the eBay listing that our order button opens, and the public sources we link. The listing was last read on October 12, 2026.
If you came looking for a Nerve Savior fact check, this page is one: seven checks, each with a plain result and a note on what is not published.
Check 1: Does the label list real ingredients?
Start with the bottle, not the advert. The Supplement Facts panel says 2 capsules per serving and 30 servings per container. Eleven active ingredients share one 600 mg proprietary blend, heaviest first, running from Himalayan pink salt down to green tea extract. Three fillers complete the panel: rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica.
That is a pass on names. Nothing is hidden behind a vague phrase like secret formula. The panel is typed out line by line on our Supplement Facts page.
It is a gap on amounts. Only the 600 mg total is printed. FDA's labeling guide says vitamins with a Daily Value should be listed on their own with their weights, so putting B6 and B12 inside a blend appears inconsistent with that guide (FDA, Dietary Supplement Labeling Guide).
Pass for names. Gap for amounts.
Check 2: Does anyone put their name on it?
A legit product tells you who stands behind it. The last line of the panel gives the distributor as Syvor LLC, Salisbury, NC 28146. On the eBay listing, the brand reads Syvor and the country of origin reads United States.
The maker is not named anywhere we can check. So you have a distributor, but you do not know who fills the capsules or where. Several different parties touch one order, and it helps to keep them straight.
| Party | Role | What is published |
|---|---|---|
| Syvor LLC | Distributor on the label | Salisbury, NC 28146 |
| Manufacturer | Fills the capsules | Not published |
| VitaminRush Health Shop | eBay seller of the listing | Top Rated Plus when checked |
| Thenervesavior | Runs this website | U.S. stocking partner, not the maker or the distributor |
Partial. The distributor is named. The manufacturer is not published.
Check 3: Is the price honest?
A fair price page has no tricks. The listing shows $19.95 per 60-capsule bottle, or you can send a Best Offer. Delivery was free, listed as 2-4 days, and the parcel starts in Salisbury, North Carolina. We saw no crossed-out was price, no countdown clock and no subscription.
Three bottles cost $59.85 and six cost $119.70, because the price per bottle does not change. On October 12, 2026, eBay also showed a seller coupon at checkout that brought one bottle to $17.96. Coupons come and go, so read the total on eBay before you pay. We do not print codes.
Pass. A low price does not show that a product works. It does show an open sale.
Check 4: Can you get your money back?
You get 30 days to send a bottle back, and the seller covers the postage. The route in eBay is Purchases, then the order, then Return this item. Parcels that never arrive, or that arrive broken or wrong, fall under eBay's Money Back Guarantee (eBay, Money Back Guarantee).
One bottle lasts 30 days at the label dose, so a single bottle fits inside the window. That is why we suggest one bottle first.
Do not lean on the satisfaction seal in the brand art. No time limit and no written policy appear on it. The listing is the written promise we can confirm. The number of days a refund takes is not published. The steps are on our returns page.
Pass, under the listing's terms.

Try one bottle, keep the exits openOne bottle fits inside the 30-day return window on the eBay listing, so a first order carries little risk.

Check 5: Is there proof that it works?
Here the product falls short. We found no published trial of the Nerve Savior formula. Its parts have been studied alone, mostly for other goals. Studies of bacopa timed attention (Kongkeaw et al., J Ethnopharmacol, 2014). A large ginkgo trial looked at dementia and found no difference (NCCIH, Ginkgo). Lutein and zeaxanthin were tested for one eye disease (National Eye Institute, AREDS/AREDS2).
Vitamin B12 is the one clear link to nerves, and only when a low level is the cause (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12). Too much B6 can itself harm nerves (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). The FTC warns that results for one ingredient may not back a claim about a finished product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance, 2022). Guidelines for painful diabetic nerve pain list prescription medicines and no supplement (American Academy of Neurology, 2022).
FDA also lists six tip-offs to health fraud (FDA, 6 Tip-offs to Rip-offs). The bottle makes no miracle claim and no quick-fix promise. The eBay title does say All Natural, which proves nothing about safety.
Gap. Not proven, and not disproven.
Check 6: Do the quality badges name a lab?
Two badges sit on the back label: Third Party Tested and GMP Certified. Neither names a lab, a certifier, a report or a date. A brand image adds badges for GMO free, vegan and American company, and these name nobody either.
The seller gave this site a lot code, NS-26/TH-2194, and a CoA reference, NS-2194-26-TH. Both are references from the seller and neither is a lab report. A real certificate names the lab, your lot, the test date and the results. You can ask the seller for one through your eBay order. More is on our testing and quality page.
Gap. Treat badges as claims until a certificate arrives.
Check 7: Can you trust the reviews you find?
Be careful. This site shows no star rating, no review count and no customer quotes, because none has been matched to a real order. The seller material we received came with sample reviews and totals. Their style looked like a template, so we did not use them.
Readers also ask about Nerve Savior comments, Nerve Savior ratings, Nerve Savior Better Business Bureau pages and Nerve Savior Consumer Reports pages. We have not checked any of those, so nothing from them is published here and nothing from them is counted in the scorecard.
The FTC says you often cannot tell a fake review just by reading it (FTC Consumer Advice, Online Reviews). Its 2024 rule bans fake and AI-written reviews (FTC, Fake Reviews Rule, August 2024). When you see a star score anywhere, ask who collected it and whether each review was tied to an order.
Unknown. There is nothing here to score.
How do the seven checks add up?
| Check | Result | In one line |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Ingredients | Pass / gap | All 11 named, no single amounts |
| 2. Company | Partial | Distributor named, maker not published |
| 3. Price | Pass | $19.95 per bottle, free shipping on the listing |
| 4. Money back | Pass | 30 days, seller pays return shipping |
| 5. Proof | Gap | No published trial of the formula |
| 6. Badges | Gap | No lab or certifier named |
| 7. Reviews | Unknown | None shown here |
Two clear passes, two mixed results, two gaps and one unknown. The passes are about buying. The gaps are about benefit. If your question is will the bottle arrive and can I send it back, the answer is yes. If your question is will it fix my tingling, nobody can say, and the cause of tingling needs a doctor.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is Nerve Savior a scam?
On the checks we can do, it is not a scam in the plain sense. It is a real labeled capsule product sold on eBay with a clear price and 30-day returns. What is missing is proof that it helps nerves. No trial of the formula is published, so judge it as an untested supplement.
Is Nerve Savior real or fake?
A real bottle says 60 capsules, 2 capsules per serving, a 600 mg proprietary blend of 11 ingredients and Syvor LLC, Salisbury, NC 28146. If your bottle differs, or the safety seal is broken or missing, do not use it. Write to the seller from your eBay order page.
Is Nerve Savior FDA approved?
No. Supplements do not go through FDA approval for safety or effectiveness before sale. The back label carries the standard statement that FDA has not evaluated its claims, and that the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Is Nerve Savior a legitimate company?
The label names a distributor, Syvor LLC of Salisbury, North Carolina. The maker is not named. The eBay seller is VitaminRush Health Shop. This website is run by Thenervesavior, a U.S. stocking partner, which is neither the maker nor the distributor.
Is Nerve Savior a hoax, or fact or fiction?
The product exists and the label is real. The nerve claims are the weak part. The bottle says it supports healthy nerve function, but those are brand words, and no published trial of the formula backs them.
Can I get my money back if I do not like it?
You have 30 days to return a bottle on the eBay listing, and the seller covers return postage. Start the return from your eBay order page and use only the label or address that eBay gives you. A refund time in days is not published.
Bottom line
Our view
Our view is simple. Nerve Savior is a legit sale of an unproven product. If you want to try it, the risk to your wallet is small and the exits are clear. The bigger risk is to your health plan, because a capsule can delay the search for the cause of tingling.
If you buy, buy one bottle, check the seal, write a short note each week and decide before day 30. Show the label to your doctor or pharmacist if you take any regular medicine. Please do not use it in place of a visit for new, spreading or worsening numbness.
This page is general information, not medical advice. Nerve Savior is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Ask your own doctor or pharmacist about your own health and medicines.
